But for that to become reality, we need great designs — ones that are simple, familiar, and smart. This is especially true for a wallet, arguably the most important piece of software in crypto.

That's why Glow is and will always be design-centric. We have a 1:2 designer-to-engineer ratio, and we take great pride in crafting user-focused experiences.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have great taste in design, and care deeply about details,
• Hold your work to the highest bar possible and don't stop until it's pixel-perfect,
• Have a user-centric mindset, always thinking of how a user would interact with your design, instead of producing Dribbble-style work,
• Are an expert in UI, UX, visual or motion design,
• Are open to critical feedback to your design,
• And are creative and can communicate your thoughts clearly.

We have a small team, and you will work closely with the rest of the team on core features of Glow, crafting UX patterns that will become second nature for millions of people.

You will not be just taking a product spec and turning it into pixels. You are encouraged and expected to ideate, iterate and explore future features and directions of Glow.

We value great designers too much to not offer them top-of-the-market compensation, with a high bar to match.
